Together they have grown AEGIS from a small consultancy to one that is thriving in the federal and commercial markets, achieving key corporate certifications, contributing solutions to some of the most critical challenges in government, and developing a health IT business unit that is making a significant impact on improving healthcare for everyone. After a decade of hands-on experience in software engineering and business consulting, Mr. Callihan has served as AEGIS’ president since 2004. His expertise is in helping customers develop best practices in IT implementations with improved processes, transparency and informed decision-making.

Mr. Hyland's background as an entrepreneur includes numerous successful business endeavors in a variety of industries. He turned his passion for technology into a career culminating in founding AEGIS in 1996. Today his focus is on information exchange interoperability and using IT to improve healthcare around the world.

On the AEGIS leadership team since 2000, Mr. Lourenco has over three decades of experience in project management; business case development; business and technical analysis; software design, development and testing; and independent verification & validation.

Ms. Holzle has extensive experience managing all aspects of AEGIS' business operations. This includes core financial systems, payroll, taxes, capital acquisitions, lease management, and human resources. Ms. Holzle is a member of AEGIS' Process Action Team (PAT) and served as a member of the SCAMPI Class A appraisal team that evaluated AEGIS for our CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating.
