The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) program is a performance-based, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will help the U.S. Army acquire innovative, standardized, turnkey solutions and services. EDS, along with our larger team of partners including AEGIS.net, Inc., can bring proven experience and capabilities delivering end-to-end IT solutions across all ITES-2S requirement areas.
The ITES-2S vehicle carries a 0% agency service fee, and can be applied to the following service areas:
